Check-in & Check-out
Arrival and departure are contactless. The key safe is located at the gate entrance, and the access code will be sent before arrival.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Online identity verification is required during booking.
Guests receive 2 gate keys and 1 house key upon arrival.
Before leaving the accommodation, please switch off the lights, turn off the water, close all windows, and return the keys to the key safe.
Please check out by 10:00 AM.
Stay Rules
Only registered guests with valid identification may stay at the property. Visitors and unregistered persons are not permitted.
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and avoid loud music or noisy activities.
The accommodation is an allergen-free environment. Please supervise children accordingly.
Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided.
Responsibility & Damages
Please treat the house as if it were your own.
If any accident or damage occurs, please notify us immediately so repairs can be made before the next guests arrive.
Guests are financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused during their stay.
Furniture, appliances, electronics, bedding, and towels may not be removed from the property.
Gas-operated equipment must be carefully closed after use.
In case of lost keys, replacement lock costs will be charged to the guest.
Pool Information
Please follow the pool safety instructions.
The pool filter and water circulation system operate automatically; guests should not adjust them.
Pool surfaces may be slippery — please move carefully.
Sharp objects are not allowed in or around the pool.
Access the pool only using the ladder.
Do not sit or jump from the pool edge.
Fire Pit & Outdoor Cooking
The use of the fire pit is permitted only in designated areas.
Fire must always be supervised.
During strong winds, please do not light fires.
Keep a bucket of water near the fire area for safety.
Before leaving, extinguish the fire completely.
Safety & Valuables
Guests are responsible for their own safety; we cannot accept liability for accidents occurring on the property.
Valuables may be stored in the room safe. Instructions can be found next to the safe. Please do not change the safe code.
We are not responsible for lost valuables.
Video Surveillance Information
The property is equipped with a security camera system for safety purposes.
To protect guests’ privacy, cameras are switched off during guest stays and no recordings are made.
The system operates only when the accommodation is unoccupied.
Payment Terms
Accommodation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
In case of early departure, accommodation fees cannot be refunded.
Cleaning
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided weekly.
Additional cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, waste disposal) is available upon request for 15,000 HUF per occasion.
Advance notice is required.
